HOW TO BOOK

You may contact me via this website's "Schedule an Appointment" form (preferred) or via phone, Facebook, or Instagram direct message. A phone number is required as my booking platform will send confirmations and reminders via text message to you for upcoming consultations and appointments.

I do my best to respond within 1-2 business day's to all requests.

All tattoo projects begin with a free consultation either in-person at The Clever Fox in McCook or via video call (Zoom, FaceTime, or Facebook Messenger)

When requesting a free consultation outside of the website appointment form, please include:

  • A description of what you're wanting

  • Desired placement

  • Photo references

  • Your availability for scheduling the consultation

After your consultation you'll be provided with available dates to schedule your tattoo appointment.

Deposit policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book all tattoo appointments.

  • Deposits are applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Repeat CAnCEllations

  • Please provide at a least 72-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations.

  • After multiple last-minute cancellations, I may decline future bookings

  • Two no-call/no-shows will result in being dropped as a client, all future appointments canceled, and all deposits forfeited.

If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible

LAte policy

  • If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment with no notice, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Pricing estimates

  • I do my best to provide a rough estimate, but pricing may increase or decrease depending on session length, detail, or design changes.

Design policy

  • You will be notified when your design is completed and can view it in person before your appointment

  • Designs are not sent digitally

Touch-ups

  • No deposit is required for scheduling your first touch-up

  • The first touch up is free!

  • Additional touch-ups are only free if you have another tattoo appointment scheduled and done during that session.
